As far as "comps" go -- the studio unit is priced about what we're doing up here for Downtown Portland studios. (All things being considered).
Jim - Hi Jim, yes we do! French riviera, Modern art deco, Craftsman, Circular, you name it we've got it!
Carla - Villa Riviera has the lowest HOA's in comparison to many other downtown buildings. For a building that size, in this economy it's really quite amazing that there are only a few for sale at a time.
