What lovely views!!  To have an oceanside view and beach access in Long Beach is great.  Prices seem very reasonable.  You know I love Long Beach!

Carla, I know you do and that's why we're leaving the light on for you.;)

You know I'm in a Craftsman bungalow in great residential spot a few blocks from the beach, but the more I think about my "Things To Do" or wish lists,  I've yet to get my oceanfront view or my evening skyline view which are on two separate wish lists.  I could combine the two living at the International with having beach access while being close to everything to keep me "young at heart" in retirement.  The bike path is right there and I'd be a quick 5 minute Passport ride to Belmont Shore (LaStrada, Lucille's, Open Sesame, Frosted Cupcakery - my new addiction) AND I wouldn't have to maintain a yard.

But then again a spanish style casita with fuschia bouganvilla and blooming night jasmine growing around the windows in either Belmont Heights or California Heights is calling my name as well.  What to do, what to do?  I love my city as well, so many options so little time.

Yes, the toss up between views or bouganvilla.  But, that's why they made planters for balconies!  We were 62° and cloudy at noon today!  The summer has been pretty much like this.  I would LOVE to move to Long Beach, Condo or Craftsman -- I'm there!! (in thought)

Andi, those prices seem very reasonable to be that near the Ocean, great listings!
