Warrent Buffet . . . not really someone I follow.  How he's poised to reap more profits?!?  Doesn't he have ENOUGH already?!?  I'm just sayin' -- good for him.  But I'll tell you what, he's not even close to knowing what real people, wage earners are going through.  I'm very thankful he's poised to massively gain.  On whose backside, I wonder . . . Personally, I don't admire people who probably couldn't get through the eye of a needle.

So...not a fan eh?  No surprise there. LOL!

I too find it interesting that economists take so much stock in what he has to say. At one point I just wished he would close his trap when he kept forecasting doom and gloom.  I think the Average Joe takes stock in it more than Realtors.  This is more for them.

Well, I think we all pretty much HOPE he's right, don't we?

Yes!

Hope he's right.  It would be nice to begin to put this market behind us.

Sounds better than all the gloom and doom for a change. But I must say that your newsletter looks really great. I really like the layout, articles and links too.

Dr. Stacey - it would be great!  The volatile fluctuations are killing us.

Sheldon - Yes, let's hope!  Thanks re newsletter!  It automatically is email blasted to my database and comes with the website hosting package I have - which is great!

Carol - thanks!  I sometimes wonder though how much of an influence he does have and why outside of the general "billionaire expertise" do they keep running to him.

Warren is more right than he is wrong, so I usually listen up when he speaks.  He's one of a few who speak occasionally on CNBC who seems to have it right.  He also is a big supporter of President Obama.  Although he recently questioned the direction this administration is taking the country economically.

Thank you,

Richard Acree

I would love to think/believe Warren is correct in his prediction.  This country and we regular citizens need something to lift our spirits and look forward to.

We continue to think positive with some reality thrown in!  I think this will be a long process on healing and we will be starting out in small signs of recovery -- or so it seems here.
