Q: Ok I've been pre-qualified now what is the next step?
A: Andi will follow-up with you in order to schedule home showings that meet your specific location, size and feature criteria.

Melissa - there are a LOT of programs its getting wind of them before the money runs out. I worked with one program in which a city was giving away up to $100K towards a home. The city had many great areas in which to choose from.
