2nd Chance Blog Feature! Post the LINK to your best non-featured blog here!
There are MANY great blogs posted here on a daily basis. Some are lucky enough to be featured while others may have been missed. The reasons can vary. It's possible it wasn't flagged for feature. Maybe the title wasn't catchy enough to draw readers? Or maybe it was posted at the same time many other great ones were. Who knows?
Here's a 2nd chance for you to spotlight a blog that you believe is your best NON-featured public blog, hopefully exposing it to the thousands of readers (professional and consumer) who might've missed it the first time around. I've gone through the AR terms and didn't see a time deadline for a blog to be chosen for feature. So with that said, all previous non-featured blogs are game!
2nd CHANCE BLOG RULES:
- ONLY link to a blog that has NOT been featured.
- ONLY public blogs. This blog will automatically be posted on my outside blog and Twitter, so make sure you are confident with public viewing and possible inquiry.
- ONLY ONE LINK PER PERSON! I know you love many of your blogs, but only ONE please.
- Feel free to post a short summary with your blog link explaining why you loved it or why you think others can benefit from reading it now.
- Flag a blog other than your own for feature that you REALLY loved, laughed or learned from. (click little red flag underneath the blog).
Good Luck!!
I can't wait to read the best-of-the-best real estate and consumer informational blogs that have been posted here! This should make for great learning and reading for weeks to come!
My Entry:
My favorite was already featured, but I'm also quite fond of this one that wasn't titled "REAL ESTATE DISCLOSURES - Remembering the "Why" Behind the Tedium"
It's about the pain behind some of the state mandated disclosures. I've since printed it to go over with some of my home buyers and sellers to help them understand the "why" behind most of the paperwork, to possibly even embrace it.
ADDENDUM:
Just a reminder that if you convert your "Member's Only" blogs to "Public" for this challenge, you may be exposing comments that others made under the premise of it being "Member's Only" so please keep that in mind. :)
After this week, the reblog feature will be re-enabled. Feel free to reblog (in its entirety) all of the great info found here wherever you wish. :)
THANKS FOR PARTICIPATING!

Hi Andi - Thanks for putting me on the blog highlight wall! I wrote this blog a while ago and a couple of AR members said they flagged it for feature but it never made it. I think it's beneficial because there is a lof of free technology that people can use to better their business. Technology saves thousands of dollars and time
Hey Andi -- I've got to search through them . . . tried to do that yesterday but they're all so good ;-)
WOW Nevin - that was very good information! So a buyer should ask the lender what kind of rate alert system do they have in place to make sure they will get the best rate locked in place. Can agents sign up for the TBWS Rate Alerts as well?
The DocuSign is available for signing electronically. I believe its $29 or $39 a month. Is SureDocs reasonably priced?
Carla - you do have so many. Only one link so let's see it!
Hey...this 2nd chance feature thing doesn't work unless this blog gets a 1st chance feature - lol.
Here's my VERY FIRST Blog posted on Active Rain. As a 'newbie' to Active Rain . . . well, I was fresh out of the gate. Of course, it was great advice then . . . and NOW! Calling The Agent on the For Sale Sign -- Good Idea?!?
Carla - THAT is exactly why I created a Buyer Protocol and Guideline form that I go over with my buyers!
I have specific guidelines for NOT calling For Sale signs and for Open Houses. If the agent INSISTS they sign the Guest register at an Open House, I tell them to write my number!
ETA: Thanks for the re-blog!
Hi Andi ! This is a great idea !!
...I'm off for some showings now, but I'll be back later to take a look at what I have to add !
Cheers !
Sheldon :o)
PS: What a cool spotlight that is !!! Thanks for the great mention there :o)
Okay, after reviewing a few of my 'more worthy' posts, I'd have to say that this is one of the best.
Foreclosure is in the Banks Best Interest...Shhh...It Just May be in the Borrowers Best Interest, too
Okay, this is my favorite first post in a series of 6 on Outdoor Activities in the NC, GA and TN Mountains that came from a Bob Stewart challenge. It really got me started on getting out in the community and blogging. Our focus has been on all that our beautiful mountains have to offer and this showed some of the adventures we have here.
And you've come up with a great idea, Andi. I'm also impressed with your photos and featuring your AR friends!
Hi Andi, here is one I would have liked to have seen featured----but alas:(
Are you NUTS?!!
Andi, what a great idea and what a super way to get to visit some terrific posts that we may have inadvertantly missed. (I flagged this one for a feature). I visited all the choices above and enjoyed them all.
Here's my choice - A Different Kind of Activerain Lead
I really like this idea.
Andi,
I'll let you pick one post per day for the next week. Email a post each morning from your list and I will feature that post.
(we don't have a guideline on it, but normally we don't feature older posts, but this great idea deserves us to bend that rule a little bit)
bob@activerain.com is where you can email me the post each morning. This will give you an idea of how hard it is to select featured posts because you are going to have to pick 7 out of the many that will be left on the post. Recruit some people to help you select which ones are the best if you'd like......but I assume you'll send me one tomorrow morning?
What a great idea! Smart thinking...
Oh snap! Bob, waiiitttt *clutches his coattail and is dragged across the floor as he leaves the room* You've probably read where I said I didn't envy your position of having to choose the features!
Tonight was suppose to be me grabbing my comforter, having snacks within arm's reach and reading all of the posts. Now there is pressure. lol
*GULP* Well I'm off to read blogs...
Andi,
Very impressive idea. You definitely deserve the reward. The blog below was my first blog to be re-blogged and was somewhat of a turning point for me on my blogging. It got a few comments and it really encouraged me to blog more.
How to deal with multiple offers
haha :-)
Yes, I read it........but your idea was so great I wanted to punish reward you by letting you pick some deserving posts to be featured.....and I don't have to take the blame :-P
hahaha
Andi - I think this is a terrific idea, too. I won't participate, since I feel like I've been recognized for my good posts almost every time. :)
Andi - thanks for this. I will search through my blogs and post a link back here. Thanks!
Andi- what a great idea. And I'd like to submit : Riding in the car with Carra- It's a book review, and not just a book written for Real Estate Agents, but for anyone who juggles life, career and family. Carra is a fellow member, I just adore her and loved the book and I really wished it had been featured to give her the opportunity to reach more people. It's really a fantastic read. (her book, not my post) So not only do I think more people should see MY post about her book, I think more people should read Carra's Book.
What a great idea, I've read a large number of blogs I thought were worthy of a feature and this is a good way to get a second chance.
My favorite post is about homecoming during the holidays or anytime for that matter and it applies as much today as it did when I first typed it!
http://activerain.com/blogsview/842745/home-for-the-holidays-
Thanks again for the opportunity!
May the best blogging blogger's blogspot win!
Great idea, Andi! So many to choose from..so little time. How 'bout this one: I love you...but please don't hijack my blog. Thanks for letting me share!
I like this idea. I will go over some of my earlier gems to see if I can find a diamond in the rough!
Andi ~ Awesome idea! It was tough to narrow down the choice, but here is one of my fav's:
The Buyer who showed up in her Tinkerbell Pajamas!
I love this idea! I was just whining to myself today, wondering what does it take to be featured around this place??? Now, maybe I'll find out!
Here's my contribution: http://activerain.com/blogsview/1409469/san-luis-obispo-home-of-the-famous-thursday-night-farmers-market
San Luis Obispo, CA may be more famous as the first city in the U.S. to ban smoking in public buildings, but it is also know as the home of one of the first city-operated farmers' markets. People from all over the world come to study our operation and replicate it in their home towns. Makes me real proud to be living here.
Thanks for taking a second look!
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1272630/the-9-words-that-strike-fear-in-the-heart-of-every-loan-officer
Ok.... Will be interesting to see some responses the 2nd time around.
OH-MY-GOODNESS! This is going to be really hard! I've already become choked up, pissed off and laughed hysterically!
I wrote a post about an experience I had with a racist buyer back in January. The couple were stuck in 1910 instead of 2010 and just couldn't get it in their heads that it's unacceptable to act that way in this day and age. Here's the link...http://activerain.com/blogsview/1424659/i-love-everyday-people
What a great idea Andi ! I have a perfect one, but it's disqualified as it was a members only. Will have to see what else I can drum up for you.
It will be great to park here and read all the great blogs. I've have read so many great blogs and have learned so much!
Andi - How clever of you to come up with this great idea!
My submission is: Do You Want to Know How Much Home Staging Costs...But Don't Want to Ask?
Time and time again, I would see comments left on stagers' blogs inquiring about the cost of staging that, if answered at all, were usually quite vague...thus my inspiration for the post.
I would be delighted by the exposure a 2nd chance would give it. Thanks!
What a fun post - I will be back to see everyone's Best Post -
I think mine is my relocation post - it is all about my area - I use it as a welcome package to anyone who requests info about Mesquite - it took me all day to write it, easy to update with current info.
Andi - Ok, I'll give it a try. Here's my entry:
THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY: Underwriting Conditions Gone Crazy - Part 3
Let's see how it fares with a second chance.
What a neat idea and a chance to read some great missed posts! You did a clever job on the graphics.
Sue of Robin and Sue
Great idea!! Here is one I wrote a couple of weeks ago.
The name: What Is Your Most Memorable Sale/Closing??
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1490303/what-is-your-most-memorable-sale-closing-
Not sure if it is linked. Oh well here it is. Thanks.
Great idea Andi - Here is ours: Can Your Twitter and Fecebook comments affect your credit?
Since my all time favorite is Private, I'll go with this one.
Pet Peeves - negativism stops here,,
Hi Andi, Awesome idea!! Here is one of my favorites...
Life Is Unpredictable... Learning the hard way that we can't count on tomorrow...
It is a personal story that is close to my heart and I hope that more people will read this and that it will touch people's hearts and improve any relationships that they may have. Again, excellent idea!
Dawn
Andi here's one that I thought was worth some discussion: Are Appraisals a Wast of Money When It Comes to Rehabbed Propeties?
I did have to update it for posting to public to meet your criteria but I thought it was a worthy topic.
Andi....great idea...I think we all have those out there. I'll be back with my pick. Thanks and have a great day!
Andi,
What a great idea. I think this one has to be one of my favorites:
Average or Older - Are They Included in Your Home Search
I hope you like it, and thanks for the second chance. Now I'm off to read some of the other links above and those to follow. Thank you.
Judy
Hey there Andi, sure looks like you'll be super busy reading all the blogs, what a cool and gracious idea! Thanks for the opportunity.
My blog title says it all...
Buyer's are looking at your home sans pants.....got curb appeal?
A very gracious offer I must say.
Great idea for a post. I dont have much worthy of a post and I am okay with that.
Hi Andi, great idea and congratulations on taking on this part time job. We do have a blog we wrote that is about buyers keeping an open mind when searching for a home. We thought it was not only good advice for buyers, but also helpful to agents to pass on to their buyers as well.
Hi Andy,
Thanks for doing this. It can be very frustrating to write and feel that you are being overlooked for a feature. I was blessed to be featured twice this week and it was incredibly uplifting. This is a fabulous idea and now I have all these blogs to go check out.
I have a couple that I thought were good, but here is one of my favorites. Where is the accountability on the seller side of the REO deal?
This is a great idea. I am looking forward to reading some posts that I may have missed!
Andi:
Here is my entry:
New Construction - Is a Home Inspection Really Necessary?
Thank so much.
Now, this is going to take me ALL DAY to read all of these excellent posts I may have missed! What a great idea, Andi!
Going through my older, original posts was PAINFUL - good content, but missing links and longtail keywords. :-)
Here's one about pricing your home - are you working WITH the internet?
This is a GREAT idea, Andi! And, I'm glad that Bob caught wind of it. I hope he decides to give you something of a bonus for your dedication to the cause! I'll be back in a minute with my submission...
And my submission is:
A Fresh Spring Cleaning - Something That Should Never Change!
OK I'm back and congrats on being featured - this was a great idea you had Andi, and i'm not surprised that Bob saw the value to it ! Well done :o)
Here's one that I think we all could keep in mind !
http://activerain.com/blogsview/863736/you-can-hear-a-smile-and-it-can-be-contagious-o-
Hi Andi, brilliant idea. Here is one!
Achieve Market Leadership in the Blink of an Eye!
Andi,
OOPS! I forgot to say thank you. Alexandra
Q&A: Rent to Own -What could possible go wrong?
Andi, What a great idea! Thanks for checking it out.
Oh now this is an amazing and very generous idea, Andi. And may the force be with you as you sift through all of these treasures!
Here's one of my favourites, and it was recent. This was a tribute to all the good people in the world, and my appreciation for the fact that some of them find me.

And thanks for putting my name in lights! My boys now think I'm a star. Ah, to be young and naive again... LOL -- Tanya in Montreal
Great idea Andi! Here is a post called "Do You Know Jack?" that I did in May of 2009. This is the post that I received the most real life comments on. This is the post that people still call to have emailed to them. People are still laughing and joking about this post so, for those of you who missed it the first time - enjoy!
Andi,
What a gracious gesture! Took me eons to work through the list but was worth every minute! Here is mine, thank.
Want to Steal a Foreclosure? Get the REO facts from a Sussex County NJ real estate agent
It's short and sweet but I think its a great lesson for all of us to think outside the box:
A Lesson From the Goldfish
Thanks, Andi! Here is one of my latest blogs. It discusses deficiency judgments and how some homeowners are unexpectedly finding themselves still owing for a home they lost in foreclosure. In these times, I think that this is definitely something to keep in mind.
Deficiency Judgments - You Lost Your House and You Still Have to Pay
This is really a great opportunity for us to go back and read some fabulous posts from others. I'm bookmarking this and will definitely make an effort to read great material from other contributors.
This is blog i've gotten the best response to on a number of blogging platforms...
Do you do these 6 activities every day?
I too will go with this one.
Patricia
I'll give it a try with my post from few days ago. Second Opinion Anyone
Thumbs up for the idea :)
My favorite one so far, and the one I've put the most time and effort into, is http://activerain.com/blogsview/1442766/must-see-places-in-augusta-ga-come-visit-us-
With the Masters Tournament coming up soon, lots of visitors are looking for information on Augusta GA and I've pointed out several of the highlights!
Thanks!!
This has been overwhelming to say the least and we're only up to 60+ posts. I don't know how Bob does this on a daily basis with hundreds to sift through. This is insane but such a great opportunity!
It is absolutely fantastic to see so many responses!
I'm learning a lot about the blogger by the choice of blogs as well.
Roger - the final borrower scenario broke my heart and then angered me. The entire premise is a shame and I have to believe that this is not the norm.
Leah - Absolutely AMAZING how one little blog can change lives, draw up old memories and create new ones for several generations!
Clayton - having to tell a client several times that they weren't good enough is a tough challenge many agents are facing. To educate them on the multiple offer process helps.
Lee and Carol - Great Localism post! It appears Google loved it too.
Tammy - pushing a book to help other agents while also pushing another agent in your blog speaks VOLUMES!
Melinda - how on God's green earth was that not a red flag that she may not be mentally competent. lol That was a good laugh! Bless her heart!
Sonsie - great home blog! It makes you proud to live there and makes others want to visit.
*** Due to time constraints I will not be commenting on all of the great blogs. Just know that I throughly enjoyed them (as so many others have) and will be commenting on most of them throughout the day.***
I had the BEST time making this video for my blog post about a new website I learned about at Raincamp Dallas.
Spice Up Your Blog - How to have Obama and "W" talk about YOUR business!
Thanks for the great idea!!
Thanks for doing this Andi. I recently wrote this post - I Want To Buy This House - How Can I Afford It . The strategies detailed in this blog and video can be win-win for both a buyer and seller.
well aren't you thoughtful..alot of posts do go by the wayseide..we can't have them all featured. thanks for the spotlight chance. here's mine:
I wrote this a while back in my normal blunt and to the point tone. I thought that sellers needed a real and to the point look at what buyers want and why their homes are sitting on the market for so long.
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1305091/is-what-your-supplying-in-demand-
Hi Andi- Great idea. I'm including my recent posting: Your offer has been accepted... So, now what? (10-second summary). It's a collection of recent blogs geared toward buyers. I look forward to going back and checking out all the favorites! Thanks.
OK. Here's mine. I'm a beer drinking so I'm partial to this post. And I don't think you'll find this topic regularly featured (that is, covered) on AR:
Can Good Beer Sell Homes and Attract Buyers?
Andi, again I commend you for this post AND now the added responsiblity of reading through them all and picking the "weekly special" Per your comment, unfortunately, it IS the norm, which is why it's worth being angry. Thanks.
Thanks Andi -
Here's mine: http://activerain.com/blogsview/1481890/the-cost-of-respa-reform
Hi Andi: Thanks for this opportunity. My post is A Real Estate Agent Talks To Their Client About Home Staging (video)
Here's my public post that wasn't featured!
Put My House On the Market, But WithOUT A Sign!
Andi- I wrote this yesterday. I have had lots of positive comments but no feature. :( It is about the different Vibes a house gives from the buyer's prospective
Top 5 Vibes a Home For Sale Gives off- Which One Brings The offer and the Most Money?
Thanks for doing this- Great idea!
I wrote this recently and it is one that everyone on ActiveRain could participate in even if they are just lurking because it's got a poll... heck even non members could participate because it is public...if they have an opinion.
When were the good old days on ActiveRain
ActiveRain haters, former members who hate ActiveRain could use an other comment on the poll... equal opportunity. I think most people are just voting for the year they joined rather than what they really think of as the "good old days" on ActiveRain. Or maybe most people think the year they joined is the good old days... when in reality (and I am not biased) now is the good old days on ActiveRain and always will be.
I love the spirit of this post Andi! We formed the Blogger's Choice group on AR to provide a forum for individuals to share posts that were not Featured but they felt were great. I've discovered so many good writers through this group. And sometimes...their posts even get Featured on AR. I'm bookmarking this blog for future reference. Thank you.
Cool idea! I love it. Here is mine:
It details the DIFFERENCE between "low" appraisal and "botched" appraisal
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1425564/low-appraisal-or-botched-appraisal-
This is a good idea. I wrote a post that equated taking an overpriced listing is like dating a married man. When I think about it, though, I'll just leave it as a Members Only Post!
CONGRATULATIONS TO LEAH STERN on getting her February 2010 blog featured on today's home page!!
WHO WILL IT BE TOMORROW?
Today has been a beast of a day so I apologize for just not checking in sooner. I can't handle my career and 70+ blogs. Again, how does Bob handle HUNDREDS per day?
Charles Buell I just realized I missed you earlier after that great blog!
Russell - those were great audio visuals! I could totally picture the festive mood. Willie Nelson singing Silent Night? Gotta love yall in Texas!
Tom - you and your colleagues will need pacemakers by the end of all of this because more and more people are finding their agents on the internet. Sorry...kind of. :)
Nathan - THANK YOU for all of those who were not there to defend themselves! You Rock in awesomeness my friend. Again, thank you!
Judy - very smart to post fees! Right now sellers are strapped and stressed and do not have time for guessing games! This saves the Realtor® a lot of time as well.
Wow! What a great idea!
So this might be my favorite post I've ever written, inspired by my sister, Joan:
Do You Need a "No-Nup"?
Virginia - love your local post! That was great! If I were choosing someone in Mesquite it would definitely be the one with the Relocation Welcome Package!
Donne K. - "Inexperienced, incompetent and/or irrational underwriters can derail a transaction" - I've insisted on more than one occasion that someone help pay for my buyer's per diem costs or good faith costs. I understand that things happen, but some things are just pure sloppy negligence! Glad things worked out!
Barbara - WONDERFUL STORY...and does he have a brother?!
Megan and Hanna - I've read about this and I hope this isn't the case. Twitter doesn't seem likely because it is such an open forum to pick up followers and subscribers, but Facebook I could see.
Donna - Your item #4...hmmm...I'm glad I haven't actually known of that happening to me. I'm glad we dont' have to bother with attorneys here.
Peter and Dawn - Oh my! We KNOW these things yet we seem to forget them. I'm so sorry for both of your losses. :)
......
Great Idea... here is one of my first attempts....and one I thought got featured but didnt and i would change a few things now... but here it is as is
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1132919/another-sunday-fishing-with-bears
Thanks Andi! Great idea. Some very good posts here. Here is one of mine;
Real Estate Blog - Is $100 really worth it? Can it cost you a showing or sale?
Boy, I wouldn't want your job! Good for you for doing this! I can't wait to read those that you pick. Last year I wrote a series about our Parks and Greenways here in Nashville.
CONGRATULATIONS TO KRISTI DEFAZIO for Top 5 Vibes a Home For Sale Gives off- Which One Brings The offer and the Most Money? It had to be said right?
WHO WILL IT BE TOMORROW?
Keep the submissions coming!
Charita - I have a dream... that one day...we will not have shark investors preying on people losing their homes by offering them peanuts only to make boatload of cash with Mickey Mouse rehabs.
Judy - this is a great blog! If your non-featured are getting 80 comments , what are your features looking like? WOW!
Cynthia - This was great! I also liked "Is the first welcome photo of the exterior of your property click-able and enticing?" A home must have appeal in person, online, inside and out! Why is that so hard for some sellers to understand?
Dan and Amy - re being open-minded...yes there should be a form to sign agreeing to that before first showing! Maybe hypnotism if that doesn't work.
Dr. Stacey-Ann - I would have been livid! I've said it here before and some may not agree but if its my buyer's fault they pay! If not, someone else does. PERIOD I have no qualms with going above the heads of the problem and speaking with the Director of Solutions!
Claudette - you were invaluable to your client! I hope they appreciated it! Some unsavory new construction developers bank on home buyers not getting inspections. Which allows room for Mickey Mouse work to meet completion deadlines! Good job!
Andi-
Dido. This is a great idea. Here's my contribution:
Ouch!!!! My Leg Hurts From Taking Listing Pictures!!!!
Hi Andi ~ I keep meaning to add my post in a comment here and hadn't had a chance. So nice to see this get featured!! I think it's a super idea.
Here's one of my earliest posts: The Dollars and Scents of Selling Your Home.
And so many great blogs to check out here! I'm going to come back tomorrow when I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed.

Andi: From all the replies here, I can see you have your work cut-out for you! There's some mighty good competition here vying for your attention ... but I'm going to give it a shot. Here's my submission for your consideration:

Hi Andi - Great idea! Here's one from a series that I need to get back to work on: Marketing With Social Media: Social Media Categories.
Thids is too funny, you there trying to read through the piles of submissions. I think I will go dig one out of the cobwebs for you...
I think one of the AR gods did this many moons ago. Glad you have revived this idea. There are so many posts that some great one do get left behind. I'll be back with a link.
Hi Andi:
Great idea .... hear is my entry:

Great post. Looks like it is getting plenty of action. Here is one from January that had plenty of comments but was not featured. It talks about todays appraisal standards and our lenders market:

Have a great day!

I have NO chance - One Day, maybe. But, I am looking forward to seeing the winning blog post. Nice idea.
Awe...
I have no public blogs. I guess that leaves me out. Bummer :)
I'll look around and see if I can locate some of my old time favorites. Hopefully, they won't be Members Only.
TLW...ROAR!
Ooops...
That was me Andi. I forgot to log in. Duh :)
Andi~ Congratulations on the feature! This is a great idea! Pay it forward! Great job thinking of others like that! Thank you!
Here is one of my posts that is public oriented titled: Home Buyers' Frequently Asked Questions. It's so informative and was re-blogged 3 times. So I figured it must be Feature worthy. =)
I've written a lot of good ones and I have been lucky to be featured quite a bit. This one that I wrote last weekend was very deliberate and detailed in presenting a follow up analysis in the aftermath of the FDIC/OneWest hype. Note sure if you have been following that info, but it is interesting.
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1506471/standing-in-a-mortgage-lender-s-shoes-goes-a-long-way-towards-short-sale-approval
There are so many interesting things to post that i will have to go back and take a look, wow you have definitely received alot of attention with this idea!
Andi,
I hope this isn't too basic for your reblog post. Thank you for asking the question.

All of you are awesome! It was my plan to comment on each and every one of the entries, but alas its far too many to squeeze inbetween phone calls, meetings and appointments.
I AM reading and enjoying each and every one of them though (I have been up to 1am and 2am each night!) I also have some help (from another night owl) and we are comparing notes and catching things the other may have missed. So we ARE reading them and taking into consideration the tone and spirit of each blog! We have to ask ourselves:
MANY variables to consider and again I do not envy Bob Stewart at all. He has to review HUNDREDS of blogs posted each day. God Bless that man!
Anyway, THANK YOU FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION!
NOTE: I will enable reblog tomorrow after Friday's winner is announced so that you may pass all of this great information on to your outside blog readers. Sometimes it helps to confirm in print what you've already been telling them!

TLW - lol - like you needed to tell me who you were...it was the ROAR that gave you away. :)
Good choice I loved Leah Stern's post... it made me cry. I got too emotional to leave a comment... Gee I guess I thought I saw it because it was Featured. I must have read it because I saw it in the comments here.
Yes, it was a great selection for Monday's feature winner!
It's hard because I still have to make a choice for Friday's winner and there are many, many great posts to choose from. Its actually kind of stressful. I think I've narrowed it down to 4 blogs in which to choose from but the day is still early yet. There may be someone who comes into the stretch to clinch it. We shall see...:)
Andi. THANKS VERY MUCH. I really wanted that survey to get around. It's important to any agents who lists or sells short sales.
Andi, that was fun for us but I know very tiring for you. Thanks for the second chance!
Hi Andi,
Here is one I posted previously which I've had to convey over and over to buyers.

What a great idea!
Thank you Andi! I didn't realize until today I was actually one of your choices! I appreciate the honorable mention!
