Naples, Long Beach CA Real Estate offers canal or bay front views for the lucky ones who manage to get into the coveted area.  Where else can you have breakfast on your waterfront patio while being transported into an other-worldly type of adventure of narrow perfumed walkways surrounded by indigenous and uniqure flora on Italian named streets? 

Naples Long Beach CA is just northeast of the Long Beach Peninsula in the heart of Alamitos Bay and a stone's throw from the Pacific Ocean.  Because of its design and location, it is famous for its canals, waterways and surrounding multi-million dollar luxury real estate.  Naples draws many day tourists and is within walking distance to the beach bike paths, nearby surfing at Seal Beach and what is said to be the best nightlife, shopping and dining in Long Beach, CA!

Naples Beach CA offers many recreational activities for residents and visitors such as boating, kayaking and even authentic Venetian gondola rides!  One of the few places in the U.S. to do so!  As with all gondola riding traditions, when crossing underneath the bridge couples are to kiss.  Of course if you are enjoying this unique experience with pals this may be a little awkward, so blowing kisses or pageant style waves toward envious onlookers is an acceptable alternative!  Or if with the kids, tackling them for a smushy kiss on the cheek is also highly encouraged!  You'll likely get the standard, "Ugh!" followed by the deep swipe across their face, but take my word for it, they'll secretly love it and cherish the memory for years to come!

During the month of December, Naples, Long Beach holds their annual holiday Naples Boat Parade.  It is an illuminating event to behold as boats, luxury yachts and the surrounding Naples Luxury Real Estate, encase themselves in brilliant and festive lighting. In this instance, tradition holds that candy is to be tossed to the Ooo-Ahhing crowds as the vessels cruise by.  Kids are screaming and squealing in laughter as they are being "showered" with candy.  For adults...well adjectives like "pelted" and nouns like "shrapnel" come to mind.  Ok, maybe its not that bad, but glow in the dark candy wrappers would be welcomed!  I highly encourage this fun gathering of friends and family for this yearly Naples, Long Beach tradition if you haven't done so already!  Afterwards, you can easily walk to the great clubs, dining and coffeeshops nearby to really make a treat of it!
