Examples of Holiday Messages a Realtor Gets on Christmas Day

At a time of year when commercialism is at it's worse, holiday crowds and over-spending has gotten you in a foul mood, its great to get these little reminders of how you played a role in changing someone's holiday for the better just by helping them to get the home of their dreams.

Below are just some of the messages I received from past clients on Christmas day. I consider them GREAT families who have since become great friends. 

"Awww Thank You Andi! This was the best xmas ever! *Son's name* was so excited & the fireplace is next to the tree & he understood that that's where Santa came from. It was awesome! Merry Christmas Andi! Thank you so much for all that you have done!" 

I'm not gonna lie.  I teared up because it truly gave me the warm fuzzies knowing that I had a part in bringing that enchanted scene to fruition. I could just picture him (the cutest kid ever >) anxiously looking at the chimney in excited anticipation for Santa!

Here are additional messages and phone call statements I heard this Christmas from from past clients!

"Andi, the house still needs furntiure but we managed to get a tree up and decorate the mantle or is it mantel?  It's beautiful!  But now my mom now wants to move in and *husband's name* said if that happens we'll need you to sell the house after the divorce. lol"

Another one:  "We bought a tall tree this year now that we have high ceilings.  But it meant *husband's name* had to climb the ladder to place the higher ornaments.  You know he's afraid of heights?  My hunky Superman...afraid of heights go figure.  Thank you Andi and Merry Christmas to you and yours!!

Hearing statements like the above and knowing how happy and comfortable people are in their new homes, definitely makes the long hours of driving around, frustrating negotiations and the hair pulling well worth it!   

Here's to an exciting new year of closed escrows and making new lifelong friends!  *raises champagne glass*
